This weeks Weight Loss Wednesday I wanted to share some low point snacks! I know that in a perfect world we would all snack on fruit and carrot sticks but sometimes we just want cake and carrots won't do it, unless of course its a big chunk of carrot cake!! So here are some of my not so saintly low pointed snacks!
Kellogg's Rice Krispie squares chewy marshmallow 28g bar, 3 points.
This definitely hits the spot if you need a sugar fix with your afternoon cuppa!
Quaker Jumbo Snack a Jacks, Caramel, 1 point
you could have this on its own or mash up a banana and spread it on top!
Skips, prawn cocktail flavour, 2 points
If you fancy something savory these are a good choice.
Cashew Nuts, 10 nuts 2 points
I like mix some grapes and cashews and have them in my bag, its a good way of getting some extra protein into your diet too!
Weight loss result for this week is 1.5 lbs! Which brings my total to 69lbs!
