Weight Loss Wednesday - The FAT Skirt!

Hey lovelies,

I know I haven't posted anything for a while but life has been hectic, I have a spare bit of time this morning so I thought I would pop a WLW on the blog!

Since I last posted (4 weeks) I have lost 7lbs which takes my total to 86.5lbs!! I have now lost just over six stone which I am so pleased about.

Over the weekend I decided that I would have a good clear out of my wardrobe, a lot of the stuff in there I wont be able to wear again and once I started chucking things out it turned out I was giving away more than I now actually have! So armed with three massive black bags and a box I took a trip to the charity shop! The good thing is that now I can justify a huge shopping trip!! One thing I did find whilst rummaging was what I call my "FAT Skirt", this is a skirt that I wore at my biggest and I like to put it on every now and again to remind me how far I have come and how badly I don't want to go back!

Here it is.....

It's good to be able to see the difference as I think it helps keep you motivated!

What are your motivation tips? Do you have a "FAT" item of clothing?

Stay Gorgeous

Grace xoxo

  1. Congratulations on the weightloss Grace thats fantastic. I have failed miserably at WW, I'm going back tonight after 4 weeks off but I don't know whats happened to my motivation. I find it really hard to stay on track. A bonus though I found Zumba and I love it! So that might help me kick the diet back into shape. You look fantastic! xxx

  3. This is great, you look fantastic! I don't have the heart to get rid of my fat clothes - some of them I hardly ever wore. Don't know if I can have them altered smaller... definitely don't want backup clothes to grow into again!
